About Us

Seal Guard’s reputation has grown to recognition as a manufacturer of the “Right Product at the Right Time.” For many years, a need had existed for water control products, which combined total effectiveness, convenience, ease of use, and economy.

Seal Guard II's primary use is for water control in both above and below grade structures. Industries that currently utilize Seal Guard include wastewater,telecommunications and electrical utilities. The company is aggressively pursuing these markets and currently has patent approval in the U.S.A.

XSeal is a single component, closed cell, hydrophobic polyurethane that is applied during new construction for assembling chambers, manhole sections, and vaults. It is also used for attaching grade/adjusting rings, and manhole frames to the concrete cone.

Seal Guard II

SealGuard II is a dual component, closed cell, hydrophobic polyurethane that is used to stop water infiltration. It expands in less than three seconds which makes it the most effective product on the market for high volume leaks.

SealGuard II is the finest and most effective product on the market for repairing infiltration in brick and concrete structures.

SealGuard II can be injected directly into flowing water. It reacts in under 3 seconds and will not shrink or absorb water.

SealGuard II rapidly expands to create a plastic mushroom-like seal to permanently stop the leak.

Excavation and replacement is an extremely expensive repair option.  Relining requires the area to be dry.  Cement is nothing more than a temporary patch. SealGuard II has a closed cell structure which creates a hermetic seal and expands to fill void and seal all substrates. It has a convenient carrying case.

SealGuard II works better and faster at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods.

XSeal

XSeal is a single component, closed cell, hydrophobic polyurethane that is applied during new construction and rehabilitation for assembling chambers, manhole sections and vaults. It is also used for attaching grade/adjusting rings, and manhole frames to the concrete cone.

XSeal can be applied in any weather conditions and all climates. Wet, dry, cold and warm conditions do not create problems. It is extremely simple to apply and it is a direct replacement for traditional butyl sealants and ‘O’ rings. The XSeal has a closed cell structure which creates a hermetic seal and forms a strong resilient bond to any surface and often compensates for structural inconsistencies in the joint area. It provides excellent protection to harsh environments.

XSeal is moisture sensitive and has a shell life of one year if unopened.
