Honeywell offers a full range of water control products which are appreciated by customers around the world due to their ease-of-installation and maintenance, their reliability and accuracy - thereby finally reducing installation and maintenance cost.

From technology for water, heating and cooling equipment to integrated systems for residential, commercial and industrial applications we provide technical solutions which meet the very highest quality, technology and reliability requirements. All Honeywell products are of coordinated design and are therefore in perfect harmony when combined together.

Pressure reducing valves protect household water installations against excessive pressure from the supply. They can also be used for industrial or commercial applications within the range of their specification. By installing a pressure reducing valve, pressurization damage is avoided and water consumption is reduced. The set pressure is also maintained constant, even when there is wide inlet pressure fluctuation. Reduction of the operating pressure and maintaining it at a constant level minimizes flow noise in the installation.

Pressure Reducing Valve with Threaded Connections for Steam, Liquids and Gasses - D-SX100

The pressure reducer D-SX100 is a diaphragm-controlled, spring-loaded proportional controller with release. All parts consist of CrNiMo-steel with smooth surfaces. The valve cone is build as soft seal. Body and spring module with spring cap, spring, set screw, diaphragm and internal parts are only combined by the profile clamp and 2 screws. To replace the diaphragm or the complete spring module for another pressure range is easy and possible without special tools. That applies also for maintenance.  The outlet pressure balances the force of the valve spring across the diaphragm (set value). As the outlet pressure rises above the pressure set using the set screw, the valve cone moves toward the seat causing the flow to be restricted. As the outlet pressure drops the restricting orifice becomes larger. The valve is fully open if the pipeline is depressurized. Rotating the setting screw clockwise increases the outlet pressure.

Safety Valve for Compressed Air

Thermostatic Mixing Valve

Honeywell control valves fulfil the highest demands for regulation, material quality and durability. For installation in residential homes, buildings or in the industry our control products offer an optimal solution for a wide range of applications, for example pressure regulation, flow rate limitation, vessel filling, pump protection or overflow and safety functions.

Industrial Control Valves

Basic Valve - BV300

The basic valves are used as shutoff valves. They may be controlled by the common medium or by an external medium using the integral control valve. A manual, electro-magnetic solenoid or float valve can be used as the control valve. Their compact construction makes them ideally suited for applications where space is limited, for example in ducts. They can be used for commercial or industrial applications within the scope of their specification.

Pressure Sustaining Valve - DH300

DH300 pressure sustaining valves are regulators which control the pressure on the inlet side. They are used wherever a specific inlet pressure must not be exceeded, for example limiting the pressure in the inlet supply network or in transition links between supply networks and high demand large users. Their compact construction makes them ideally suited for applications where space is limited, for example in ducts. They can be used for commercial or industrial applications within the scope of their specification.

Attitude Control Valve - FD300

The FD300 attitude control valve controls the water level in, for example, water reservoirs without the need for using a float valve or other ancillary controls. The highly sensitive pilot valve and the main valve are installed outside the water reservoir and the pilot valve senses the hydrostatic water pressure from the water level in the reservoir. The main valve closes when the maximum set pressure for the pilot valve is reached and reopens when the water level corresponds to the lower set value on the pilot valve. The standard version permits filling of a water storage unit. A special version is also available on request which can be used for both filling and emptying water storage units.

Filling Valve - FV300

The FV300 filling valve can be used in water supplies and for industrial and commercial applications for the filling of reservoirs, tanks and cisterns. It is controlled by the main storage medium via a float valve and impulse link pipework. The FV300 filling valve is prevented from filling constantly by the use of a pilot valve, which can be adjusted to provide varying fill level differentials for opening and closing the valve.

Magnetic Solenoid Valve - MV300

Type MV300 magnetic solenoid valves are mainly used as shutoff valves. They are controlled by the integral magnetic solenoid operated valve. Their compact design makes them ideally suited where space is limited, for example in ducts. Within the scope of their specification they can be used on industrial and commercial applications.

Pump Control Valve - PS300

The PS300 valve is used as a protection valve in pressure boosting systems to provide a water hammer free shutdown and start-up of pumps.

Protection Valve for Deep Well Pumping - TC300

The protection valve for deep well pumping is used to permit pressure shock free starting and stopping of deep well pumps.

Float Valve for Water Storage Tanks - VR 170

VR 170 float valves regulate a fluid level in vented open or closed storage vessels or can be used for filling of water supply storage tanks. Within the scope of their specification they can be used for industrial or commercial installations or also for public water supply systems. A soft seat seal provides positive shutoff, even with fluctuating supply pressure.

Standard Pattern Overflow Valve - VU594P

The VU594P overflow valve controls the pressure on the inlet side. It is used wherever a specific inlet pressure must not be exceeded. If additional impulse link pipework is connected between the inlet and outlet sides the regulator can be used as an overflow valve to control differential pressure.

Wellness Water Treatment, KaltecCool PW52

By increasing the healthy magnesium content of the water, KaltecCool provides not only wellbeing for all residents but also provides a reliable means of preventing scale generation in the whole building. Corrosion problems are combated by the development of protective layers within the pipework. The water hardness remains unaltered, unwelcome increase in levels of sodium and potassium in the drinking water are overcome. The appliance can therefore be used without restriction under any water hardness conditions. In the Cleaning Mode, freely adjustable, deposits can be removed without any corrosion problems. Therefore, with galvanized pipeworks there is no need for subsequently connecting a phosphate dosage. Regeneration is volume-controlled to ensure minimum material consumption. The efficiency of the magnesium consumption is over 140 %, thus ensuring significant environmental protection. A built-in generator of chloride ensures to disinfect the device completely during each regeneration process so that highest hygienic requirements are fulfilled for sure. If required, KaltecCool can be retrofit for softening applications.

Traditional Water Softening with NaCl, KaltecSoft PW52

By exchanging calcium with sodium KaltecSoft provides a reliable scale protection. KaltecSoft prevents the build up of scale in appliances, boilers and water pipes through water softening. Scale can destroy high-price appliances and reduces heat transfer in boilers which results in higher energy costs. Using soft water safes expenses on detergents for washing machines and dish washers. The device can be used under any water hardness conditions. KaltecSoft allows arbitrary residual hardness setting. The chlorine generator ensures complete disinfection of the device during each regeneration process. If no water has been used four days after the last regeneration the device rests in holiday position. Thus guarantee no bacterial growth.

Honeywell filters with a patented reverse rinsing system reliably ensure absolutely clean water. Dirt particles and foreign bodies which are larger then 100 µm (0.1 mm) are reliably filtered out by a fine stainless steel filter mesh. The filter mesh sizes range from 20 µm to 200 µm. This prevents pitting abrasion of pipework and ensures correct functioning of valuable fittings in the whole system in a building.

Reverse Rinsing Fine Filter - F76S

F76S reverse rinsing filters ensure a continuous supply of filtered water. The fine filter prevents the ingress of foreign bodies, for example rust particles, strands of hemp and grains of sand. The appliances correspond to the requirements of current DIN/DVGW specifications.

Reverse Rinsing Fine Filter with Rotatable Connector Flange - F76CS

F76CS reverse rinsing filters ensure a continuous supply of filtered water. The fine filter prevents the ingress of foreign bodies, for example rust particles, strands of hemp and grains of sand. The appliances correspond to the requirements of current DIN/DVGW specifications. F76CS fine filters are especially suitable for retrofitting to, or upgrading of existing water systems. The rotatable connector piece enables the unit to be fitted where space is very restricted in either horizontal or vertical pipework.

Retrofit Reverse Rinsing Fine Filter for Connection Flange - FN76CS

FN76CS reverse rinsing filters ensure a continuous supply of filtered water. The fine filter prevents the ingress of foreign bodies, for example rust particles, strands of hemp and grains of sand. The appliances correspond to the requirements of current DIN/DVGW specifications. FN76CS fine filters are especially suitable for retrofitting to, or upgrading of existing water systems in which an existing filter is to be replaced. The existing connectors are then reused. Where connection sizes are different, an adapter connector can be used.

Reverse Rinsing Fine Filter for Connection Flange - FN74C

FN74C reverse rinsing filters ensure a continuous supply of filtered water. The fine filter prevents the ingress of foreign bodies, for example rust particles, strands of hemp and grains of sand. FN74C fine filters are especially suited for retro-fitting to or modernization of existing water supply systems to buildings where an existing filter is to be replaced. On new installations the DA74C rotatable connector piece should be used (to be ordered separately).

Fine Filter with Rotatable Connector Flange - F70C

F70C filters ensure a continuous supply of filtered water. The fine filter prevents the ingress of foreign bodies, for example rust particles, strands of hemp and grains of sand. F70C fine filters are used in systems where an existing pressure reducing valve is fitted or where one is not required (maximum static pressure 5.0 bar according to DIN 4109). Both horizontal and vertical installation is possible.

Rinseable Fine Filter, Miniplus-FF06

Rinseable MiniPlus fine filters ensure a continuous supply of filtered water. The fine filter stops the flow of particulates, for example rust particles, strands of hemp, or grains of sand. Sediment collected at the bottom of the filter bowl can simply be removed by flushing with the flick of a finger. Compact in size, these filters were designed to fit where space is limited.

Retrofit Reverse Rinsing Fine Filter for D06F Pressure Reducing Valves - FN09S

HABEDO FN09S retrofit reverse rinsing filters are suitable for retrofitting to existing D06F pressure reducing valves. The converted pressure reducing valve then fulfils the same functions as a Honeywell Braukmann filter combination. The fine filter prevents the ingress of foreign bodies, for example rust particles, strands of hemp and grains of sand. The appliances correspond to current DIN/DVGW specifications.

Reverse Rinsing Actuator for Fully Automatic Filter Cleaning - Z11AS and Z11S

The Z11AS automatic reverse rinsing actuator provides fully automatic cleaning for Honeywell Braukmann reverse rinsing filters, filter combinations, water supply units and water distributor units. The reverse rinsing intervals are adjustable in sixteen steps between four minutes and three months. The Z11AS and Z11S have an emergency running function in the event of power failure and offers the possibility of manual operation of the reverse rinsing function. Connection options are available for differential pressure switching, remote control and remote monitoring.

Reverse Rinsing Actuator for Fully Automatic Filter Cleaning - Z74S

The Z74S automatic reverse rinsing actuator provides fully automatic cleaning for all Honeywell Braukmann reverse rinsing filters, filter combinations and water supply units with bayonet connection. A bayonet connection enables fitting the Z74S without tools. The reverse rinsing interval is set permanently to 45 days. The Z74S automatic reverse rinsing actuator has a safety function which prevents the ball valve from opening when the battery voltage is too low and notifies this through an acoustic signal for approx. 2 days.

Filters with Flanges

Honeywell flanged reverse rinsing filters are for installations with high water demand. They can be used in large residential buildings, for central water supply and in commercial or industrial applications. Flanged filters have the same highly efficient reverse rinsing filtering system as the range of household fine filters. They prevent the ingress of foreign bodies, for example rust particles, strands of hemp and grains of sand. The filter mesh sizes range from 100 µm to 200 µm.

Reverse Rinsing Fine Filter with Flanges - F76S-F

F76S-F flanged reverse rinsing filters are for installations with high water demand. They can be used in large residential buildings, for central water supply and in commercial or industrial applications. F76S-F flanged filters have the same highly efficient reverse rinsing filtering system as the range of household fine filters. The F76S-F can be retrofitted with the Z11AS fully automatic reverse rinsing actuator and the DDS76 differential pressure switch. The use of a filter in a system prevents the ingress of foreign bodies, for example rust particles, strands of hemp and grains of sand. With metal or plastics pipework, DIN 1988, Part 2 specifies that a filter should be fitted in the drinking water supply immediately after the water meter.

EN 1717 for the protection of potable water against back pressure, back flow and back syphonage of non-potable water. The BA299I permits the highest level of protection to be achieved (liquid category 4) which is possible with a safety device.

Backflow Preventers with Flanges

Honeywell flanged backflow preventers are suitable for the protection of drinking water systems against back flow, back pressure and back syphonage. They can be used for supplies to buildings and for commercial and industrial purposes within the limits of their specification. They are approved according to DIN 1988, Part 4 and EN 1717 and offer unrestricted protection up to fluid category 4. This corresponds to construction type 2, EN 1717.

Backflow Preventer with Flanges, DIN type 1 for Medium Risk Protection - R295P-F

R295P-F backflow preventers are suitable for the protection of drinking water systems as required by EN 1717 ``The technical regulation of drinking water systems`` and correspond to type 1 construction in those regulations. Their purpose is to protect systems against back pressure, back flow and back syphonage of non-potable water into the public water supply network. R295P-F backflow preventers can be used to provide protection up to and including liquid category 3 (slightly toxic substances) and therefore offer better protection than non return valves.

Backflow Preventer with Flanges, DIN type 2 for High Risk Protection, Electrically Actuated - R295SP-F

R295SP-F backflow preventers are suitable for the protection of drinking water systems as required by EN 1717 ``The technical regulation of drinking water systems`` and correspond to type 2 construction in those regulations. Their purpose is to protect systems against back pressure, back flow and back syphonage of non-potable water into the public water supply network. R295SP-F backflow preventers can be used to provide protection up to and including liquid category 4 (toxic, very toxic, carcinogenic and radioactive substances). The changeover from shut-off to flow positions can be by means of a hydraulic or electrical/electronic actuator.

Reduced-Pressure-Zone Backflow Preventer with Flange Connections - Industrial model - BA298I-F

BA298I-F reduced-pressure-zone backflow preventers are suitable for the protection of drinking water systems against back pressure, back flow and back syphonage. Fluids up to liquid category 4 to EN 1717 are protected. This corresponds to construction type 2, EN 1717. They can be used for supplies to buildings and for industrial and commercial purposes within the limits of their specification. All metal components are in 1.4305 stainless steel. This makes them especially suitable for applications where there is high corrosion, as well as in cases where non-ferrous metals are not permissible.
